This brief for interior design of the Lismore Workers Club has continued in stages over the past five years. Stage one included the Bistro. I had the task of selecting a carpet that would work with five other carpets which came from the room. Utilising a background design from an existing carpet I created a beautiful design which overlaps itself. Wall coverings, screen details and great furniture have all contributed to the overall theme. Extensive use of graffiti proof fabrics & wall coverings have been included in other areas of the club, as have fantastic Baresque screens with natural elements such as wildflowers and mother of pearl.
The Auditorium is under final stages of renovation as of late 2018.

The garden city club has a beautiful outlook over the golf course and my idea was to bring nature into the building. To this end I found a beautiful australian pom pom flower and based a carpet design on this native flora. In conjunction with Brintons Carpets we designed a stunning carpet with five different overlays which went into separate areas, all with the same background design.
Yellow Goat design custom designed some stunning lighting pieces, including a beautiful butterfly wing design made from mirrored wings which floated above the foyer in a skylight & fluttered in the breeze.
